Though aging is inevitable, pain and dysfunction need not be the way of the flesh with proper care.

Proper care can be defined as sufficient rest, exercise, a healthy balanced diet, medical attention when needed as well as a consistent plan for stress relief and pain management.

Regular bodywork and energywork are vital parts of this plan for helping to ease stress, alleviate depression and manage chronic or acute pain.
